Police are investigating after a 20-year-old man was robbed in a Central District parking garage Wednesday afternoon.
The victim told officers he parked his car in a secure garage only open to residents about 1:20 PM in the 1800 block of 23rd Avenue. A man in his 20s, wearing a baggy, hooded black jacket and jeans approached and ordered the victim to hand over his money. The suspect reached toward the back waistline of his pants, as if he had a gun. The victim handed over his cash and the suspect ran off.
