Seattle detectives, with the assistance of Redmond police, captured a woman wanted in a downtown robbery where she kicked and punched a store employee as she stole more than $2000 in items.
Detectives identified the suspect in the November 5th robbery that left a store employee with punch to the face and kick to the groin.
A woman shopping in Redmond recognized the suspect Saturday afternoon, having seen her on Washington’s Most Wanted. The keen-eyed shopper alerted a story employee who in turn called 911.
Redmond Police took the 18-year-old robbery suspect into custody and handed her over to Seattle detectives.
Police interviewed and booked the woman into King County Jail on investigation of robbery.
