Officers and the King County Medical Examiner are investigating after a body was discovered floating in the water near the Seattle Aquarium earlier this evening.
A passer-by saw the man’s body floating in the water and called 911 at about 6:40 pm. Seattle Fire assisted with recovering the body. Detectives and investigators from the KCME’s office will determine the man’s identity and cause of death.
This remains an active investigation.
