Update 8/18/15:
Police have arrested the suspect in the case after the 59-year-old man flagged down a patrol officer in the 7500 block of Martin Luther King Jr Way S. at 9:45 PM Friday and turned himself in. The man said he knew his picture had been on TV and that he was wanted by police for the robbery.

Detectives are investigating after a home invasion robbery in the 100 block of 20 Ave. Tuesday morning.
A woman called 911 just after 10:30 a.m. today reporting that a man had broken into her home. She told officers the suspect forced open the door, restrained her, and stole some cash and electronics. The victim said the suspect quickly fled allowing her to escape and call police.
The victim was not hurt during the robbery.
Robbery detectives are now speaking with neighbors and collecting evidence. The victim says the suspect was a mid-40’s black male with a heavy build. If you have any information please call detectives at (206) 684-5535.
