Detectives are hoping you can point them in the direction of a prolific Downtown burglar.
Norrian Phillips goes into office buildings in the Downtown and Lower Queen Anne areas and steals laptop computers. The 35-year-old Phillips has recently been linked to a case where 20 laptop computers were stolen from the 400 block of 2 Ave. W. Detectives want to put Phillips behind bars for a $100,000 burglary warrant that was just issued.
