Seattle police are asking for help identifying a person of interest as detectives investigate a May 1st Molotov cocktail attack on officers.
Police were on the perimeter of a crowd on 4th Avenue on May 1st when someone lobbed a Molotov at officers. One officer was injured in the incident.
Investigators have located pictures of a person of interest in the case and are looking to interview him, but don’t yet know his name. If you recognize him, please contact Seattle Police at (206) 233-2666 or MayDayTips@seattle.gov.
Detectives are also investigating several other incidents of violence and vandalism on May 1st, and are asking anyone with photos or video to contact police.
