Update 3:10 PM:
Officers located Charlette in lower Queen Anne around 2:45 PM Friday after receiving a 911 call about a woman pushing a black and yellow stroller.
Police confirmed Charlette was indeed the child in the stroller and she appears to be in good health. Detectives are currently interviewing a woman who was with Charlette, who is known to the girl’s mother.
SPD has contacted Child Protective Services about today’s events.

Police are seeking a man and a woman who may have taken the 10-month-old Charlette early this morning. A man dressed in black and a woman dressed in pink were captured on surveillance cameras in downtown Seattle around 2:45 this morning, walking away with Charlette’s stroller.
At this time, investigators are not criminally investigating the man and woman in the photos, and are simply seeking to have the child brought to police so they can ensure her safety.
Charlette–who responds to Lette’–is wearing a blue shirt with a rainbow, aqua blue pants with stars and hearts, and is believed to be riding in a bumble stroller similar to the one pictured here.

Seattle police are searching for a 10-month old baby after she went missing Downtown early Friday morning.
Charlette Childress-Imburgia was last seen early this morning near 5th Avenue* and Pine Street–police have received differing accounts from witnesses. She was wearing a blue shirt with a rainbow and was in a bumble bee stroller.
Officers, detectives and the SPD Real Time Crime Center are working in unison to gather information and locate the child as quickly as possible. If you have any information about this case or see the child, please call 911 immediately.
