Detectives are asking for your help identifying a man wanted in connection with two Lower Queen Anne robberies that occurred in late November.
A clerk at a market at the intersection of 3rd Avenue West and Western Avenue called 911 November 26th at 7:15 p.m. to report a man had just robbed the store at knife point. The clerk said the man displayed a knife in his waistband and demanded money from the register. The clerk backed away and the suspect was unable to get any cash, though he did steal a bottle of wine on the way out of the store.
The suspect then walked into a nearby hotel where he approached the front desk. The suspect threatened to harm a woman working there and then demanded cash. The suspect was able to get some money this time and fled the scene on foot.
Detectives are asking anyone with information in these case to please call them directly at (206)684-5537.
