At 6:30 am, officers responded to a report of a burglary at a business in the 43oo block of Leary Way NW.  When officers arrived, they located a 33-year-old male sitting outside of the building drinking beer taken from inside the business.  The suspect admitted to officers that he had broken the window and stolen the beer.  The suspect was arrested and later booked into the King County Jail for investigation of burglary.
