Police arrested a man Thursday morning after he was found sprawled on the floor of a SODO museum, which was closed at the time.
Witnesses found the man inside the museum, in the 2200 block of 1st Avenue, just before 9 AM and called police.
Officers responded and entered the building. Just steps inside the front door, they found a 39-year-old man lying on the ground. Police were able to take the man into custody without further incident. Additional officers responded to the building and searched but did not locate any additional people inside.
Police booked the man into King County Jail for criminal trespass. For information on hours on when you can legally visit the museum, check out their website.
