BLOCK WATCH 101 CID
Earlier this week SPD Officers attended a Block Watch 101 meeting in International District Chinatown Community Center. West Precinct Crime Prevention Coordinator, Barb Biondo spoke to nearly 100 attendees about public safety and starting their own Block Watch programs.
