Detectives Investigating Fremont Convenience Store Robbery

Update 5/9: Seattle police, working with law enforcement in Mason County, arrested and booked all four suspects on May 4th.

Detectives are investigating after a convenience store was robbed Thursday night in the Fremont neighborhood.

Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of North 36th Street just after 7 p.m. to investigate a robbery of a convenience store. Officers arrived and spoke with the victims who said that up to four suspects entered the store, stole items, and assaulted the clerk and another person before fleeing. The witnesses said the suspects may have driven away in a gold-colored sedan.
