Traffic Collision detectives are investigating after a northbound motorist struck a pedestrian in the 6700 block of Aurora Avenue North just after 5 p.m. this evening.
Seattle Fire Department medics transported the adult female pedestrian to a local hospital, where she is being treated for serious injuries.
Drug Recognition Expert officers evaluated the adult male motorist for signs of impairment.
This remains an active and ongoing investigation.
