ORIGINAL POST 10/18:

Robbery detectives are conducting the investigations into three armed robberies that occurred in Seattle early Friday morning.  It is likely that the three robberies were committed by the same suspects.

At approximately 3:20 am three suspects entered a store in the 5700 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Way South.  One suspect was armed with a handgun.  The suspects demanded money from the clerk and then fled on foot.  Officers responded and robbery detectives were called out the scene.

While investigating that robbery, a second armed robbery involving three suspects, one armed with a handgun, came out at another store in the 12300 block of 15th Avenue NE, just before 5:00 am.  Patrol and detectives responded to that scene.

As detectives were processing the second robbery scene, a third reported robbery with similar suspect descriptions was broadcast at 5:40 am at a gas station mini mart in the 200 block of NE 45th.

There were no reported injuries in any of the robberies.  This remains an active and on-going investigation.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Seattle Police.
