Detectives are attempting to identify the individual responsible for breaking the East Precinct lobby window on Saturday, June 13th.
At approximately 12:30 PM, security cameras captured the suspect cut through a fence surrounding the East Precinct and then use a pair of bolt cutters to break the lobby window. Bystanders in the area immediately intervened and escorted the man out of the area.
