#2020-257277/South Precinct/Third Watch:

On 9-3-2020 at 0123 hours, South radio broadcasted a shooting incident in front of a local cafe in the North Mount Baker neighborhood. Minutes later, a vehicle was seen dropping off the victim at Harborview Medical Center. The victim was uncooperative and refused to speak to the police. The victim had a minor injury. Officers located the vehicle (dropping the victim off) but the driver was uncooperative and provided no information to police. Officers also located the shooting scene along with shell casings in front of the cafe. No one from the cafe wanted to speak to the police about the shooting. 

#2020-257289/North Precinct/Third Watch:

On 9-3-2020 at 0207 hours, North radio received calls of shots fired into a residence in the 2200 block of NE 53 St. This was the second time tonight this residence had been shot at. Patrol units arrived, located bullet damage to a downstairs apartment. With nobody answering the door patrol forced entry and did a sweep for victims, but none were located. 

#2020-257733/South Precinct/Second Watch:

On 9-3-2020 at 1412 hours, an unknown male entered the Key Bank located at 9255 Rainier Avenue South and handed the victim teller a very long demand note (which included grammatical corrections). In this note the suspect threatened that he was working with a partner and would harm the victim-teller if his demands were not met. The victim teller handed the suspect money from her teller drawer and the suspect left the bank, walking towards the parking lot of the Safeway across the street from the bank. The suspect’s path was tracked to the 8300 blk of Rainier Avenue however, he was not located. 

#2020-257965/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch:

On 9-3-2020 at 1840 hours, two adult males approached a third male to confront him about a theft. The suspect entered his vehicle and drove toward the victims. One was able to avoid the oncoming SUV, while the other was not. After striking the victim, the suspect fled in his vehicle. The victim sustained substantial bodily injury. TCIS responded to the initial call and processed the scene. When it was determined to be a deliberate assault, homicide was consulted and will continue the investigation. 

#2020-258126/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

On 9-3-2020 at 2218 hours, three juvenile males took groceries from a grocery bag and items out of the pockets of the victim at a bus stop. The suspects fled. Officers located and arrested the suspects.
