SPD violent crimes detectives are investigating after a man was shot in SODO early this morning.
Around 12:48 AM police received a report of a shooting near Utah Avenue South and South Holgate Street.
Police arrived found a 67-year-old man with a gunshot wound lying in the intersection.
Officers applied a tourniquet and provided aid until Seattle Fire Department medics arrived and transported the man to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
