#2020-287605/South Precinct/Third Watch:
On 10-8-2020 at 0018 hours, the victim picked up a known male. The victim was attempting to help the suspect. After trying to get the suspect food, the victim gave him $40. The suspect then produced a knife and told the victim not to worry. The victim exited the vehicle while it was still moving and ran. The suspect then stole the vehicle. While officers were still investigating the robbery, a collision was broadcast nearby in which the driver of the suspect vehicle fled the scene. The suspect vehicle was the stolen vehicle from the robbery. Patrol set up roving containment but did not locate the suspect. A dog track was conducted but was unsuccessful.

On 10-8-2020 at 2001 hours, officers responded to a report of a car fire in the area of 62 AV S / S Cooper ST. Seattle Fire was already on scene and had extinguished the fire. Fire Marshall determined that the fire was intentional. No one was injured.
#2020-288482/West Precinct/Third Watch:
On 10-8-2020 at 2045 hours, a female reported that she was riding her bike in the area of 3 AV S / Royal Brougham WY BR when she was accosted by a known male armed with a metal baseball bat. The suspect demanded the victim’s bicycle and backpack. Initially, the woman fled but the suspect caught up to her. The suspect took the victim’s bicycle and backpack. The victim was not injured. Several officers responded to the area and searched for the suspect, but he was not located.
