#2020-290504/South Precinct/Third Watch: 

On 10-11-2020 at 0100 hours, South Precinct patrol responded to the vicinity of the 6700 BLK of 44 Av S in response to a threats call. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that the suspect had been threatening one of the residents for the last few weeks because they would not allow the suspect to stay at the residence. Tonight, the suspect showed up and when he was denied access, he threatened to shoot one of the victims if she didn’t allow entry. During the course of the verbal threats, the suspect made a statement alleging that he was a “terrorist,” that he had “killed” people and that he would kill the victim.  Officers completed their investigation but were unable to locate the suspect during an extensive area check. 

#2020-290531/South Precinct/Third Watch:

On 10-11-2020 at 0233 hours, officers heard several shots while they were on routine patrol. They located the scene and found no victim and no damage. Officers processed the scene. 

#2020-290566/South Precinct/First Watch: 

On 10-11-2020 at 0431 hours, officers viewed a stolen pickup truck being driven in the SODO area. The pickup eluded officers who did not pursue. A few minutes later, officers found the pickup parked with the suspect fleeing on foot. After a foot pursuit, officers were able to capture the suspect. A Type 1 Use of Force was completed. 

#2020-290607/East Precinct/First Watch:

On 10-11-2020 at 0640 hours, a victim and a known suspect engaged in a verbal altercation while in a vehicle. The argument caused the victim to exit the vehicle. In the process, the victim and suspect struggled over the victim’s purse. At some point during the struggle, the suspect struck the victim in the head and later stood outside the vehicle with a knife in his hand. The suspect managed to leave with the victim’s wallet and flee in a vehicle. The victim had limited information about the suspect or the vehicle. A search was conducted with negative results. 

#2020-290988/West Precinct/Second Watch:

On 10-11-2020 at 1650 hours, officers responded to a report of a resident that was assaulting other residents and trying to push them down the stairs. One resident reported his arm being broken. The same suspect threw furniture out of the window onto the sidewalk yesterday. Officers arrived and while trying to take the suspect into custody, the suspect fought with officers causing a scrape above one of the officer’s eyes. Officers were able to subdue the suspect and arrest him for assault.
