#2020-310455/South Precinct/First Watch:
On 11-3-2020 at 0321 hours, South Patrol officers responded to a fight involving two females in the 7200 blk/E. Marginal Way S. Upon arrival the victim advised that she had purchased some scratch tickets from inside the Shell station/mini mart and returned to her vehicle to scratch the tickets. The victim then fell asleep with her keys in the ignition. She woke up to find a stranger sitting in the passenger seat and the keys missing from the ignition. The suspect told the victim that the store clerk had her keys inside the store. The victim exited her vehicle and while walking to the store entry, noticed the suspect jump into the driver’s seat, put the keys in the ignition and attempt to start up her vehicle and leave the scene. The victim then ran back to her vehicle and opened the door and struggled with the suspect. The victim managed to get her keys out of the ignition. The suspect threw the victim to the ground, punching her several times and kicking her at least once to the head. The victim did not lose consciousness. Seattle Fire was called to the scene and treated the victim. The suspect left the scene on foot but was located and detained by officers approximately one block away. The suspect was positively identified in a show-up and taken into custody.

On 11-3-2020 at 0555 hours, a suspect entered a secured construction site and began collecting items and putting them into a bag that he was carrying. He was arrested for Burglary and transported to the King County Jail.
#2020-310586/Southwest Precinct/First Watch:
On 11-3-2020 at 0855 hours, a security guard for Westwood Village called to report that he was just assaulted and robbed of his security electric cart (2600 BLK SW Barton St). The victim was driving a security cart in the Westwood Village mall lot. The suspect ran up to him and started cursing. The suspect leaned into the security cart and punched the security guard/victim in the face causing injury. The victim got out of the cart and the suspect took a glass object out of his belt and attempted to hit the victim with it. The victim fell to the ground and was injured again. The suspect got into the electric cart and started recklessly driving around the parking lot, narrowly missing vehicles travelling in the area. Later in the shift, officers responded to the 2600 BLK of SW Barton St for a separate assault incident and they detained a suspect who matched the robbery suspect’s description. The suspect was positively identified for the robbery and booked at the King County Jail.
