#2020-354672/West Precinct/Third Watch:

On 12-27-2020 at 2113 hours, officers responded to a report of approximately 20 vehicles in a parking lot a 6 Av S/S. King St. The caller reported that the vehicles were revving engines and she believed they were about to begin racing. Upon arriving, officers observed approximately 70-80 vehicles in the parking lot. Patrol monitored the group until they dispersed at about 2200 hours. No reckless driving was observed, however officers conducted two traffic stops on vehicles associated with the group for observed infractions. Intel was received that the group was heading north to Everett. Everett PD and WSP were advised. 

#2020-354679/North Precinct/Third Watch: 

On 12-27-2020 at 2133 hours, a male utilized Offer Up to arrange the sale of his laptop to the suspect. They met near the Northgate BECU. During the transaction, the suspect threatened the victim with an 8-inch knife, stole the laptop, and fled the scene in his vehicle. 

#2020-354109/West Precinct/Third Watch:

On 12-27-2020 throughout the night, a group of several hundred street racers crossed between the South and West Precincts causing traffic disruptions. 400-500 vehicles were blocking all lanes at 4 AVE S and S Lander ST. South units cleared the intersection, the vehicles drove north towards 1 AV S and S Royal Brougham ST and blocked the intersection there. West units and the Community Response Group responded, and the vehicles drove back south.
