Drive by shooting and a robbery. These two incidents are linked by having the same suspect. There was probable cause for the robbery but not the drive by shooting. Suspect was located, booked for the robbery, and is presently in the King County Jail (21-7326.) His vehicle is in the processing room with a hold for robbery. On 1-9-21 an unknown suspect shot at the victim’s travel trailer from a moving vehicle. This occurred at about 1910 hours in the 7900 block of 1 AV S, Seattle WA. The travel trailer was stuck twice, one round penetrating the trailer, with no victim(s) struck by the gunfire. The drive by victim believes she knew who did the shooting but did not witness that person commit the drive by shooting. During that investigation, a male walked up and reported that the male suspected of doing the drive by shooting had robbed him of property in the Shell Station lot adjacent to the drive-by shooting crime scene. The drive by victim was taken by patrol car to the location where she believed the suspect resided. While looking for the suspect and his vehicle at that location the suspect arrived in the very same vehicle. He was taken into custody without incident. No firearm was located on the suspect.
