Officers arrest multiple people suspected to be a part of an organized criminal group where large amounts of narcotics, cash, and two vehicles were seized.
After arresting 4 subjects in the Belltown neighborhood, officers impounded two vehicles associated with these subjects. The vehicles will be searched for any additional information to assist in furthering efforts to apprehend others involved in the narcotics activity in the area.
Later in the evening, officers moved to another well-known area for narcotics activity in Ballard. A quick arrest was made of a known subject involved in the selling/buying of narcotics.
Officers in total recovered 14.6 grams of crack cocaine, .3 grams of amphetamine, 3.2 grams of methamphetamine. The 5 suspects were booked into jail for drug charges including possession and distribution.
