On 05-26-2021 at 0219 hours, officers responded to a city park located in the 2300 block of Arboretum Dr. E where a security officer located forced entry after an alarm trip. When officers arrived, they quickly set up containment and heard movement inside. A Kirkland K-9 unit responded and assisted with a building search. Ultimately the suspect was gone upon arrival. The movement inside was discovered to be a large rodent. It appears no major monetary loss occurred as the building alarm or rodent most likely scared the suspect away.
