Police are investigating after reports of a shooting in the 400 block of Pine Street Saturday afternoon.
Witnesses started calling 911 just before 4 pm Saturday reporting that a man had taken out a handgun and fired it in the Westlake Park area. Police flooded the area and confirmed that no injuries had occurred but a business did have damage to a window.
Officers searched the area for the suspect but were unable to locate him. Police are now reviewing surveillance video and evidence left at the scene to determine who may have fired the gun.
Witnesses described the suspect as a black male, 5’10”, wearing a white T-shirt, and tan pants.
