On 06-25-2021 at 0645 hours, officers responded to a robbery call at the 1700 7th AV – Starbucks. Victim employees related the suspect implied that he had a gun and stole approximately $800 in cash. An extensive area search was negative. Third watch officers recounted seeing the suspect in the vicinity of the Frye Hotel last night. Call screened with Robbery.
#2021-158811/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch:
On 06-25-2021 at 1815 hours, a male suspect was walking on the 2600 BLK of Alki Ave SW in front of the Pepperdock Restaurant. The suspect walked to Marine Ave SW, faced southbound, and shot a round towards a park. The suspect left running westbound on Alki Ave SW. Currently there is no property damage or injuries. Evidence of a shooting was located at the 2600 BLK of Alki Ave SW. The suspect was possibly with two other males during the incident. The Gun Violence Reduction Unit was notified and responded to the scene. Media was notified about the incident. The area checked clear for any suspects.
