Update 11/16/21:
Officers arrested the 33-year-old suspect in this shooting in downtown Seattle on November 15th. Police booked the suspect—who is subject to a previous domestic violence court order prohibiting him from possessing firearms—in to the King County Jail.

One man sustained a gunshot wound and two others were injured running from gunfire early this morning in the 200 block of Yesler Way.
Around 12:30 AM, police received a report of a shooting near Prefontaine Park and arrived to find two men lying on the ground.
One man had cut his leg, and another had fallen and injured his back while running from a gunman. Both men received treatment at the scene.
A short time later, a 38-year-old man arrived at Harborview with a gunshot wound to his shoulder.
Officers gathered evidence at the shooting scene and are investigating.
