#2021-311162/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:
On 11-24-2021 at 0108 hours, multiple callers reported hearing shots fired near the 9200 blk of 16 Ave SW. Officers responded to the scene and located a damaged vehicle and evidence of a shooting. No victims were located, and no injuries reported. The Gun Violence Reduction Unit was notified, and the scene was processed by patrol.
#2021-311191/North Precinct/Third Watch:
On 11-24-2021 at 0227 hours, an officer attempted to stop a stolen vehicle. The driver didn’t stop and then collided with the patrol car while they were trying to drive away. The vehicle then struck another parked car. Officers found the vehicle a short distance away and arrested the suspect without incident.
#2021-311271/Southwest Precinct/First Watch:
On 11-24-2021 at 0610 hours, an officer was in the parking lot at the McDonalds located at the 2600 BLK of SW Barton St when he was flagged down by the victim about an incident that occurred on 11/21/2021. The victim stated that she was having food with a male at an unknown location in West Seattle, and he pushed her to the ground. The male then took her suitcase that contained food and clothing.
#2021-311768/East Precinct/Second Watch:
On 11-24-2021 at 1748 hours, several callers reported hearing about 4 shots coming from somewhere south of the intersection of 32 AV and E Yesler WY. Responding officers located evidence of a shooting within the area of Frink Park, 398 Lake Washington BLVD S. There was no witness, victim, or suspect in the shooting. No property damage was found. The circumstance of the shooting was unknown at the time of this writing. Gun Violence Reduction Unit was notified.
#2021-311962/North Precinct/Third Watch:
On 11-24-2021 at 2220 hours, officers observed a black Ford F250 without plates parked in a parking lot at 6150 Whitman Ave N. Vehicle was occupied by 2 and upon seeing the police, the driver attempted to flee in the vehicle, striking the patrol vehicle. The driver was extracted from the driver’s seat and placed into custody. Driver had multiple warrants for his arrest and there were obvious signs of narcotic activity inside the vehicle. The vehicle was towed pending a search warrant. Type 2 Use of Force was completed.
