#2021-321071/Southwest Precinct/First Watch:

On 12-05-2021 at 0312 hours, officers were dispatched to an unknown priority 1 call located at the 2600 BLK of SW Holden St. When officers arrived, the victim yelled many unintelligible things. The victim at some point said he was stabbed by another male. The victim had a deep laceration to the chest area, and a wound to his face area and arms. The victim became agitated with police and Seattle Fire. The victim became uncooperative and changed his story. The victim refused to be transported to the hospital and insisted that no one would force him to go. The victim was provided on scene treatment and given a business card.

#2021-321085/South Precinct/First Watch:

On 12-05-2021 at 0359 hours, 911 received several calls about reported gunfire at a bar in South Seattle on M L King JR WY S. Officers arrived and located a victim with injuries to his face and a gunshot wound to his left shoulder. The victim stated he was shot by an unknown male from the bar. The victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Patrol processed the scene and recovered evidence of a shooting and clothing.

#2021-321331/East Precinct/Second Watch:

On 12-05-2021 at 1236 hours, a victim called 911 reporting that on 12/4 they were downtown talking on the phone in Spanish after getting their COVID booster shot. While on the phone, a suspect approached from behind, assaulted them by punching them in the back while making bias remarks regarding the suspect’s ethnicity. Due to time delay, there was no scene located and limited description was provided.

#2021-321530/West Precinct/Second Watch:

On 12-05-2021 at 1700 hours, officers began getting LoJack pings for a stolen vehicle taken during an armed carjacking in Pierce County within the last few days. Throughout the day, SPD and King County Sheriff’s Office deputies were getting LoJack pings throughout West and East Precinct areas. At approximately 1700 hours, WSP troopers were in the area also looking for the same vehicle from the LoJack hits, a gray 2016 Ford Focus. Troopers initially reported to SPD Communications they were with this stolen vehicle near 6th Ave and Seneca St in West Precinct when Troopers stated occupants from the vehicle shot at Troopers and fled the scene in the vehicle, initiating a citywide “Help the Officer.” SPD officers citywide responded to the area to assist in the search. LoJack hits continued to indicate the vehicle was still downtown or near SODO. A short time later, the vehicle was found unoccupied near 8th Ave S/S Forest Street in the South Precinct. SPD along KCSO responded to secure the vehicle and coordinate an area search for the suspect(s). Containment was established by SPD and KCSO K9 responded to the scene for the K9 track. A thorough track was conducted but officers were unable to locate any suspects. WSP responded to the scene and took possession of the stolen vehicle. WSP later confirmed they were not shot at, but the Trooper had heard a shot and the listed stolen vehicle sped away from Troopers. WSP and SPD located evidence of a shooting and a damaged vehicle as a result of the shot near 6th Avenue and University Street. WSP will coordinate the follow up investigation with Pierce County Sheriff’s Office.

#2021-321630/South Precinct/Third Watch:

On 12-05-2021 at 2030 hours, Seattle Fire responded to a medical call where they discovered a severely injured female burn victim. The victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center via Medic One and was unable to speak with investigators. The scene of the fire was located in a nearby encampment and extinguish by SFD. The Fire Marshal responded along with patrol and SPD’s Arson Bomb Squad (ABS). One witness came forward and was interviewed. Several other possible witnesses were in the area but unwilling to speak with police. At this time, there is no suspect information. ABS is handling the on-going investigation.

#2021-321759/North Precinct/Third Watch:

On 12-05-2021 at 2216 hours, a threat was made to shoot up a school via social media. The suspect is unknown. 911 received numerous calls reporting this threat. Patrol handled the investigation. Intel was notified. The investigation is ongoing.
