#2021-326721/East Precinct/First Watch:
On 12-11-2021 at 0847 hours, officers were dispatched to a known nuisance house for multiple reports of a shooting. Dispatch provided a suspect vehicle disruption that fled from the scene. While driving to the scene, a Sgt located the vehicle and contacted the occupants who reported being shot at while at the residence. Further investigation located evidence of a shooting. The victims reported being at the house because they were moving some of their belongings from the residence which they recently vacated. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the complainant who reported seeing people in her garage who she confronted. Evidence indicated the homeowner(suspect) come out of her house and fire a round in the air (unprovoked) and then she attempted to smash a window of one of the victims’ vehicles. An unknown suspect then fired at the homeowner who took cover behind a vehicle. The homeowner was arrested and booked into King County Jail for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Felony Harassment and charges were requested for discharging a firearm in city limits. This suspect is also a suspect in a carjacking that occurred 12-9-21- (21-325126).
#2021-326965/North Precinct/Second Watch:
On 12-11-2021 at 1334 hours, an officer was enroute to serve papers when he pulled into a parking lot to turn around and head to the call. As he stopped to reverse, he observed a suspicious vehicle parked in front of him. He recalled a stolen vehicle report from the previous day that was of a similar vehicle. Before the officer could call for backing units and make contact with the driver, the driver revved the engine, then reversed the vehicle into the patrol vehicle. The suspect vehicle pulled forward as if to reverse again, but the officer was able to back away to prevent the additional collision. The suspect vehicle fled the scene with the officer in pursuit. The officer maintained safe speeds while following the vehicle. The pursuit was terminated, and the suspect vehicle fled onto I-5. The suspect vehicle collided with another vehicle on the Northgate off-ramp before spinning out and colliding with the fence lining the freeway. The suspect attempted to flee on foot, but officers arrived on scene and placed him into custody. The suspect was booked for Assault, Eluding, Possession of Stolen Property, and DUI. There were no injuries to any of the involved parties in this incident.
#2021-327473/North Precinct/Third Watch:
On 12-11-2021 at 2330 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting call in the Northgate neighborhood. According to the call, an unknown person fired three shots out of a car at the caller’s son and then drove away. Officers arrived and located evidence of a shooting. Officers then contacted the caller and the victim. No one was injured and no property damage was located.
#2021-237456/South Precinct/Third Watch:
On 12-11-2021 at 2346 hours, 2 suspects with guns went into a dispensary and robbed the place. Suspects pistol-whipped a security guard and forced employees to the ground at gunpoint. Suspects fled with a money bag and a handgun belonging to the security guard. An area check was negative. Robbery Unit was advised.
