#2022-050626/North Precinct/First Watch:
On 02-28-2022 at 0726 hours, officers responded to a shooting call in the 6000 block of Roosevelt Way Ne. The male victim was sleeping when another male showed up. A brief fight ensued before the suspect fired one shot, striking the victim in the ear. The suspect ran out of the apartment possibly leaving the scene in a rented green Volvo SUV. Containment was set up and area check for the suspect was negative. The victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. At the time of writing this the suspect is still outstanding.
#2022-051287/East Precinct/Third Watch:
On 02-28-2022 at 2200 hours, officers responded to a restaurant in the 1500 block of 12 Av for a report of a female refusing to leave the premises. Officers placed the subject under arrest for trespassing and she kicked an officer causing minor transient pain. She was subsequently booked for Assault 3rd Degree. Hazard report completed.
