Police are investigating after a 60-year-old woman was shot in the leg Thursday afternoon near Pioneer Square.
At 2:50 PM, police received a report of a shooting near 3rd and Yesler and arrived to find the victim lying next to a fountain.
Officers applied tourniquets to the woman’s wounds and Seattle Fire medics transported her to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
A witness told officers three men had been arguing in the park prior to the shooting.
