One man was killed and a woman was critically injured in a shooting late Thursday morning in Columbia City.
Around 11:30 AM, witnesses reported gunfire in the 4200 block of South Angeline Street.
Officers arrived and found a man and a woman with gunshot wounds
Medics transported the two victims to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition. The man later died at the hospital.
A third person, who was not involved in the incident, experienced a medical episode near the scene and was also transported to Harborview.
Investigators are collecting evidence and interviewing witnesses at the scene and have asked anyone with information to call the Violent Crimes Tip Line at 206-233-5000.
