Upon their arrival, officers located a highly intoxicated male subject who had fallen off his boat and into the water. Due to his large size, and level of intoxication, the man was unable to get himself out of the water and had been yelling for assistance for quite some time. By the time officers made contact, the subject had little to no energy, and was essentially lying on top of a rope in the water. Officers were able to pull the man up onto the dock. They then had to carry the man the length of the dock, and out of the secured terminal, to be seen by Seattle Fire personnel. During this incident, the man lost consciousness, however SFD was able to detect a pulse and get him rushed to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
