#2022-155386/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

On 06-18-2022 at 0020 hours, officers responded to the report of shots fired. Upon arrival the officers spoke with the reporting party who stated her neighbor’s house had been shot at. During the investigation, evidence of a shooting was located in the alley next to the house, the victim’s unoccupied vehicle had 2 bullet holes, and his house had approximately 6 bullet holes that went through the wall and into his kitchen. The victim took cover following the initial sound of shots and was not injured. The reporting neighbor provided video from her Ring doorbell camera. The incident was screened with GVRU, Patrol processed the scene.

#2022-155408/West Precinct/Third Watch:

On 06-18-2022 at 0056 hours, two suspects left a nightclub and approached a nearby tent. According to a witness, the two males violently kicked the tent and laughed. The occupant within the tent exited to confront the two. The suspects proceeded to throw rocks at the occupant and eventually walked away, followed by the witness who flagged down responding officers. The victim sustained a rib injury from the kicking but refused treatment. Both suspects are reportedly active-duty Navy. A Navy supervisor was contacted.

#2022-155409/West Precinct/Third Watch:

On 06-18-2022 at 0059 hours, officers responded to 1/Washington for a report of a vehicle/pedestrian collision with the suspect vehicle fleeing the area. Prior to officers’ arrival, additional information was received that the suspect vehicle returned to the scene, moved the victim to their vehicle and again fled. Witnesses declined to provided officers with much information other than a single phone pic of the back end of the suspect vehicle (no plate). Officers canvased the scene and inquired with local hospitals who reported no injured female being dropped off. The following shift, and officer discovered a witness and responded to the witness’s address and acquired a statement. The new witnesses confirmed the likely significant injuries the pedestrian suffered as they watched the vehicle drive over her chest. They also provided a general description of the suspect driver.

#2022-155464/South Precinct/Third Watch:

On 06-18-2022 at 0239 hours, a female victim was stopped at the red light in front of Costco on 4 AV S when she noticed a car stop behind her and the occupants of that car get out and approach her car. Believing she was in danger the victim drove off before suspects made it to her vehicle. The suspects got back in their car and chased the victim. Suspects pulled up next to the victim and fired two rounds at her, striking the driver side of her vehicle. One bullet was recovered from the car and evidence of a shooting was located near Costco. Robbery was notified.

#2022-155657/West Precinct/Second Watch:

On 06-18-2022 at 1715 hours, officers were dispatched to follow up and attempt to locate a subject from a recent threats bulletin. Officers were able to locate the subject and the FBI responded to the scene. Officers and the FBI agent interviewed the subject about the threats and determined that probable cause does not exist at this time. Lt responded and updated SPD Intel.

#2022-156035/North Precinct/Second Watch:

On 06-16-2022, the Community Response Group was notified that a Seattle stolen KIA Telluride was contacted in the North Precinct by patrol officers at approximately 0630 hours. (2022-153415) At the time, the suspect was sleeping in the driver seat with a possible firearm nearby. The suspect refused to comply with officers at the time. On 6/18/2022 CRG conducted an investigation and was able to locate the vehicle south of Seattle. Surveillance was conducted on the vehicle until the suspect was observed out of the vehicle in a safe location. CRG then contacted and placed the suspect into custody without incident. The vehicle was verified stolen out of Seattle. A search of the vehicle found an Airsoft Glock with the real magazine in the Airsoft magazine well. It was also found the suspect was wanted by DOC and Snohomish County for Auto theft. The suspect who was positively identified as the driver of the original incident and was booked into KCJ.

#2022-156263/East Precinct/Third Watch:

On 06-18-2022 at 2254 hours, officers responded to the Safeway at 2201 E Madison St for a carjacking call with firearms. A female subject was inside her Mazda CX-30 when two suspects approached her in her vehicle each with a handgun and told her to give them the keys and exit the vehicle. The suspect left the area in the vehicle. Officers conducted an area check and were unable to locate the vehicle. The suspects were described as: Suspect 1: Male, 20s, Black, Puffy Jacket, Black face mask and Suspect 2: Male, 20s, Orange/Red Puffy Jacket, Black face mask.

#2022-156306/East Precinct/Third Watch:

On 06-18-2022 at 2347 hours, officers responded to the Wild Rose Bar at 1021 E Pike St for a threats call. Staff reported that an unknown subject called the bar and asked if it was a gay bar. Staff stated it was. The caller asked if it was busy tonight. Staff stated that it was. The caller stated that they would come by tonight and shoot up the bar and hung up. Staff reported that they close the bar at 0100 hours. Officers conducted premise checks throughout the night in the area of the establishment. A malicious harassment report was completed.
