#2022-186227/West Precinct/Second Watch
At 1536 hours the victim was cleaning the restroom at a business when a male suspect entered and attempted to strangle her. The victim was able to get free and yell for help. The suspect apologized, left the store, and sat on a bench outside. Officers arrested the suspect, who appeared to be in crisis, without incident and booked him into jail. The victim was treated at the scene.

At 1425 hours officers responded to a report that a tenant of an apartment building had approached another resident, called him homophobic slurs and assaulted him.

At 1839 hours four suspects committed an armed robbery at a pawn shop. One of the suspects was armed with a pistol. The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle.

At 0745 hours patrol, SWAT, and negotiators responded to a felony domestic violence assault near Martin Luther King Jr. Way South and South Alaska Street. The suspect barricaded himself in an apartment but eventually surrendered and was taken into custody.
#2022-186373/West Precinct/Second Watch
At 1827 hours, Seattle Fire personnel were attempting to extinguish a fire at 10th Avenue and Dearborn Street when the suspect approached and added more fuel to the blaze. The suspect then left and started a fire a short distance away. SFD requested SPD assistance. The suspect then began throwing rocks at SFD, injuring one firefighter. The suspect ran from police at the scene but officers were able to take him into custody and booked him into jail.
