#2022-191937/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:
On 07-24-2022 at 0137 hours, officers responded to a shots call in the area of 24 AVE SW/SW Kenyon ST. Officers located evidence of a shooting, broken glass, a makeshift memorial and two unoccupied vehicles struck by gunfire. Witness advised he heard several people arguing, followed by the sound of gunfire and saw two unknown vehicles depart the area. Scene processed by patrol. GVRU advised.
#2022-191964/West Precinct/Third Watch:
On 07-24-2022 at 0226 hours, officers working Nightlife Emphasis on viewed a fight disturbance. Officers contacted a female victim who had been assaulted and suffered a broken nose. The victim’s sister was not cooperative with officers and continued to interfere with Seattle Fire as they evaluated the victim. The sister pushed the primary officer while he was trying to conduct his investigation. The sister was placed under arrest and subsequently booked into KCJ for Assault 3.
