#2022-205679/East Precinct/Third Watch:
On 08-06-2022 at 0200 hours, officers responded to Lake Washington BV for report of a fight disturbance with approximately 20 people. A female in a black SUV reportedly fired a gun three times as the vehicle fled the scene going northbound. Officers arrived in the area and did not locate anyone. Officers conducted a search for evidence of a shooting and were unable to locate any. Officers spoke with the caller who was unable to provide further details of what occurred. No victims were located.
#2022-205774/Southwest Precinct/First Watch:
On 08-06-2022 at 0510 hours, a victim drove home from a casino and parked his truck in a parking spot located at the 1000 BLK of S Cloverdale St. The victim was sitting in his truck, looked up, and a male had a rifle pointed at him. The suspect told the victim not to move. The victim exited his vehicle and ran away. The suspect got inside the victim’s truck and fled the scene. During the incident, the suspect struck a car. Guardian 1 was requested but wasn’t available. While conducting an area search, officers located the victim’s vehicle unoccupied at the 700 BLK of S Rose St. The victim’s vehicle was towed to the SPD Vehicle Processing Room. The SPD Robbery Unit was notified about the incident.
#2022-206496/North Precinct/Third Watch:
On 08-06-2022 at 2046 hours, officers responded to a call about a male slashing tires. Suspect was located during area check and fled upon sight of officers. Short foot-pursuit ensued. Suspect struggled with officers when attempting to being stopped. During the struggle, suspect punched one of the officers in the face. Suspect was taken into custody and sustained minor laceration causing a Type II Use of Force to be completed. One officer sustained minor cut while taking suspect into custody. Suspect booked into KCJ for Inv. Assault 3.
#2022-206618/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:
On 08-06-2022 at 2302 hours, victims arrived at the Southwest precinct to report a road rage incident in which their vehicle was shot. They reported that a black Mercedes occupied by a male and female had been tail gating them northbound on Delridge WY SW until the intersection of SW Henderson ST. The victim vehicle remained in the northbound lane at a red light, and the suspect vehicle pulled up in the left turn lane parallel to the victim vehicle. The victim exchanged words with the driver of the suspect vehicle who drew a gun and shot once at the victim vehicle striking the B pillar. Suspect vehicle fled westbound on SW Henderson ST.
#2022-206654/North Precinct/Third Watch:
On 08-06-2022 at 2345 hours, officers responded to a report of a stabbing at a home. Upon contact, victim advised that the suspect was still in boarding house. Seattle Fire responded and transported victim to HMC with serious injuries, to include his throat slashed, and multiple stab wounds on his abdomen. Containment was put on house and officers attempted to hail suspect out of house. Suspect did not respond after numerous attempts. HNT was requested as officers wrote search warrant. Officers located the possible suspect hiding under a car in front of a neighboring house. After remaining motionless under the vehicle for an hour and a half, the suspect crawled out from the vehicle and fled on foot. Suspect matched description and DOL photo. He was subsequently taken into custody. HNT, K9, SWAT, and numerous officers from other precincts assisted with this call. The suspect’s knife was located inside the residence after search warrant and submitted to evidence.
