#2022-270713/West Precinct/Third Watch:

On 10-09-2022 at 0236 hours, a victim called 911 to report being pistol whipped and robbed of his bike by three suspects at 509 3 Ave. Bike was recovered nearby but the suspects are still outstanding.

#2022-270753/West Precinct/First Watch:

At 0347 hours, officers responded near 10th Ave S/S King St for the report of multiple gun shots. Officers arrived and did not locate any active disturbance or crime scene. Several hours later a victim located near 8th Ave S/S Lane St called to report that his vehicle was damaged from gun shots. Officers responded and located evidence of a shooting in the street. In addition, two vehicles were damaged as well as Legacy House. An elderly female resident at Legacy House told officers she was awakened at 0330 hours when a stray bullet went inside her unit. There were no injuries reported during this incident. Officers responded to the same location on 10-02-2022 incident 22-263505.

#2022-270826/Southwest Precinct/First Watch:

At 0617 hours, several callers called to report hearing multiple shots being fired in the area of the 9400 BLK of 18 Ave SW. King County SO also received calls about the shooting. Officers and deputies arrived and located a crime scene at 20 Ave SW/SW Roxbury St. Evidence of a shooting was recovered from the street. The vehicle was possibly a black sedan. At this time no one was struck by the rounds.

#2022-271357/North Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1829 hours, officers located an occupied stolen vehicle with a travel trailer attached in a parking lot of 915 NW 45th St. A high-risk vehicle stop was initiated, and the suspect disregarded all commands to stop and fled the scene at a high rate of speed through multiple red lights. While driving in a reckless manner with no regard for the safety of the public, the suspect vehicle’s trailer collided into another vehicle causing extensive damage to the trailer, and the stolen vehicle to flip, sliding into a business damaging the building. The two suspects inside exited the stolen vehicle and fled on foot. Officers observed a cloud of dust and heard the collision, responded to the scene, and were told by witnesses where the driver ran to. Community members had the passenger detained on the ground. After a foot pursuit, the driver was taken into custody. Both suspects reported injuries from the collision. The driver was transported to HMC where he currently is being held with hospital guard. The passenger was treated on scene by Seattle Fire and was I&R’d. The driver of the victim vehicle and his passengers sustained minor injuries and were treated on scene. All vehicles involved were damaged apparently beyond repair. The travel trailer could not be towed away, and officers communicated with SDOT to arrange for a crew to come out and take it apart in pieces.

#2022-271365/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1840 hours, a male victim was in his parked car at the Don Armeni boat launch when several suspects approached, one was armed with a handgun. The suspects demanded the victim’s wallet and phone. During this robbery one shot was fired from the suspect’s gun. The victim gave up his phone and wallet. The suspects ran to a waiting car, another shot was fired. The suspects then left in a black sedan. The victim was not injured during this robbery. Responding officers located the suspect vehicle leaving the area. A short pursuit ensued. The suspect vehicle crashed, and all the suspects were taken into custody. The suspects were taken to SPD Headquarters where they were interviewed by detectives and then booked into KCJ.
