SPD Traffic Collision detectives are investigating after a man was killed in a suspected hit and run collision on Aurora Avenue.
Around 3:15 a.m. Monday, police responded to a report of a pedestrian down in the road in the 1600 block of Aurora Avenue North.
At the scene, police found a 21-year-old man with significant injuries in the road.
Officers provided the man with medical aid until SFD medics transported him to Harborview Medical Center. He later died from his injuries.
Police collected evidence at the scene and are still attempting to locate witnesses or anyone else who may have information about the hit and run collision.
