#2022-318408/South Precinct/Third Watch:

On 11-28-2022 at 0004 hours, a male victim was dropping food at a friend’s house, inside a large apartment complex. After the victim parked his vehicle and got out, he was confronted by a male wearing a black hoodie. The suspect had emerged from a black Toyota that reportedly had 3 additional males seated inside and one female. The suspect produced a gun and reportedly pressed it against the victim’s head, demanding the victim’s car and his wallet. The victim, in fear for his life, complied and handed the suspect his keys and wallet. The suspect was last seen driving south, away from the complex, towards Renton. The black Toyota the suspect had emerged from followed closely. Renton Police Department was notified and an area search for the victim’s vehicle was made but it was not located.

#2022-318478/North Precinct/First Watch:

At 0322 hours, officers responded to an in-progress burglary call at a bank in the 500 Block of NE Northgate Way. Suspects were seen pulling an ATM out of the vestibule wall of the bank with a vehicle. The vehicle then dragged the large ATM approximately six blocks and in doing so, struck multiple vehicles before the ATM struck a large pole, causing it to break free from the chain that was attached to it. It appears one of the getaway vehicles used in the incident then struck multiple vehicles and mailboxes before fleeing. The vehicle used to drag the ATM was located a few blocks away and impounded to Lincoln Towing with a hold for GIU. The ATM appeared to be intact and unopened. Screened with GIU.

#2022-318777/South Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1158 hours, an officer observed a stolen KIA near 15 Av S/ S Beacon Av S and believed it to be occupied by a suspect wanted in a string of armed robberies, KIA thefts, and a drive-by shooting. There was a short pursuit initiated and the vehicle struck several unoccupied parked vehicles and finally became disabled after striking a tree. The juvenile driver was taken into custody and a firearm was recovered. No one was injured. The incident was screened with GIU.

#2022-319038/West Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1650 hours, officers working emphasis patrol in the area of 3rd Ave and Pine St developed PC to arrest an individual for VUCSA. An arrest team took the suspect into custody without incident. Search of the suspect resulted in approximately 60 grams of crack cocaine and over $2000 in cash. Additionally, the suspect was discovered to be a fugitive from the US Marshal.

#2022-319056/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1721 hours, officers responded to a weapons call in the area of 42 Av SW and SW Edmunds St. The suspect shoplifted $50 dollars-worth of items and loss prevention confronted the suspect. The suspect reached into his pockets and loss prevention observed the handle of a gun. Loss prevention backed off. The suspect left on foot in an unknown direction.

#2022-319128/North Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1835 hours, a U-District resident was robbed at gunpoint on a sidewalk near his apartment, at 7th Ave. & NE 42nd St. The two unknown suspects approached him at a bus stop and the taller one pulled a handgun out of his waistband and demanded all the victim’s valuables. The victim complied as they patted him down to find and steal his iPhone and wallet. They fled e/b on foot. The victim ran home to call 911, resulting in a 15-minute delay to the reporting. He was uninjured. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspects. K9 screened the incident but the circumstances made a K9 track unfeasible.
