#2022-348316/West Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2245 hours, officers responded to a bar in the 100 block of W Mercer to a report of shots heard. No victims or property damage were located but officers located shell casings in the alley to the west of the bar. During their investigation, officers determined the suspect was most likely a disgruntled patron who had been removed from the bar and was seen going to the alley just before the shots were heard. The suspect fled soon after the shooting and an area check was negative.
