#2023-007968/North Precinct/First Watch:
On 01-09-2023 at 0830 hours, a caller reported he had been robbed at his supportive housing facility at approximately 0730 hours. He reported that an unknown male suspect knocked on his door. When the victim answered, the suspect pulled the victim’s hood over his head and robbed him of cash. A witness saw the suspect fleeing and noticed that the suspect was armed with a silver handgun. The suspect fled and was not located. A distinctive article of the suspect’s clothing was recovered an hour later. No K9 track attempted due to time delay and foot traffic.
#2023-008186/North Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1150 hours, a victim dropped her phone. Moments later, she saw an unknown male pick it up and keep it. When confronted about returning it, he refused, lunged at her, and threatened that she would be killed if she didn’t leave him alone. Suspect eventually got on a bus while victim called police. Phone was tracked to another location. With the victim’s detailed description of the suspect, he was located at 1245 hours and arrested without incident and the phone recovered. Suspect was booked for Robbery.
#2023-008433/West Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1607 hours, officers responded to an apparent overdose scene where the victim was pronounced deceased by Seattle Fire. Incident screened with Homicide and Lieutenant.
