#2023-017556/East Precinct/Third Watch:
On 01-18-2023 at 2211 hours, multiple callers reported hearing several shots heard (possibly 20) at 23 Ave/Union St. Officers arrived in the area and located evidence of a shooting in the street on 23 Ave near Pike St. One round went through a window to a nearby residence and struck a TV. No people were hit. Officers secured and processed the scene.
