On 02-11-2023 at 1300 hours, a group of about 100 people was protesting at Westlake Park. The group was peaceful and cooperative and asked if SPD had resources to divert traffic so its participants could march in the street after they were done with their speeches. I said that we did not have the resources to accommodate their request, so they marched on the sidewalk, obeying traffic control devices. The demo rapped up at about 1400 hours.
