#2023-041167/West Precinct/First Watch:
On 02-12-2023 at 0854 hours, SPD and Seattle Fire responded to a possible OD at the encampment at 800 S Jackson St (under I-5). SFD personnel weren’t able to revive the subject. Medical Examiner responded to the scene and took custody of the deceased.
#2023-041712/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2124 hours, officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 15 Av S/S Massachusetts St. Officers located evidence of a shooting and property damage to a pedestrian crosswalk sign. The scene was photographed, and evidence collected and submitted. Witnesses stated a 1988 white Honda Civic occupied by two unknown subjects was parked at the location. Witness heard the shots and then the vehicle sped off SB on 15 Av S and then turned around and sped off NB on 15 Av S. The vehicle had a loud exhaust. No victims located.
#2023-041748/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2221 hours, officers were dispatched to an armed robbery call near S Othello St and MLK Jr Way S. Officers arrived and contacted the victim. The victim reported that the suspect fled on foot, so officers conducted an area check. The victim stated that she was robbed at gunpoint by an unknown suspect. The victim was uninjured. The suspect was not located.
