#2023-058153/North Precinct/Third Watch:
On 03-02-2023 at 0021 hours, officers responded to a shooting call. The victim provided little information and was not at the original dispatch location. The victim was at NW Hospital with superficial injuries to his back and 6 bullet holes in his car. The only consistent detail he provided was that he was on I-5 when he was shot at. WSP was notified and responded to NW Hospital and took over the investigation. SPD assisted until relieved by WSP.
