#2023-228360/West Precinct/First Watch:
On 8-9-2023, at 05:13hrs, a male victim was located with a stab wound. He was treated by SFD on scene and wanted no further police assistance.
#2023-228389/East Precinct/First Watch:
At 06:00hrs, officers responded to 23rd Avenue and East Union Street to a report of a man shot. Upon arrival, officers located a victim with a gunshot wound and provided aid until SFD arrived. SFD later transported the man to HMC where he remains in stable condition. Officers located the shooting scene at a business near the intersection of 23rd Avenue and East Cherry Street. It appears the victim was shot in his vehicle by the passenger that was inside with him. The suspect fled west on East Cherry Street and was not located.
#2023-228204/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:
At 23:38hrs, officers responded to the area of 4700 Southwest Othello Street to a report of multiple shots fired. Police located evidence of the shooting at the location. One witness described a speeding white “boxy” SUV as involved. No victims or damaged property were located.
