#2023-229284/South Precinct/Third Watch:
On 8-10-2023, at 21:06hrs, police responded to a report of an assault in the 3600 block of 33rd Avenue South. Officers learned there was a physical altercation between a male and female subject known to each other. The victim was located near the residence as was the suspect. The male suspect was arrested for assault, indecent liberties, and unlawful imprisonment. He was later booked into King County Jail.
#2023-229323/West Precinct/Third Watch:
At 21:52hrs, officers responded to a report of a deceased subject. Police located the deceased male in the 700 block of 10th Avenue South. Further investigation revealed no signs of foul play at this time. King County Medical Examiner responded to take custody of the deceased. They will determine cause and manner of death.
#2023-229362/West Precinct/Third Watch:
At 22:43hrs, a subject began a fire and exited the building. SFD was called when smoke began billowing from the unit. The fire was extinguished. The unit sustained damaged, but other residences were unaffected. The suspect was not located at the time of the incident.
