Homicide detectives are investigating a suspicious death in the New Holly Neighborhood Sunday morning.
Shortly after 6:00 a.m., officers responded to a report of an unresponsive male on the sidewalk of John C. Little Sr. Park. Police arrived and found a male, approximately in his 20s to 30s, deceased. Evidence of a shooting was collected from the scene.
Officers secured the area until Homicide detectives and members of the Crime Scene Investigation Unit arrived. The Homicide Unit will be leading the investigation.
